摘要
人才培养方案是高校教学工作水平评估的一个重要指标。从专业建设、人才培养质量角度出发,制订出一个好的人才培养方案已经成功了一半。目前高校专业人才培养方案存在不少问题,原因主要是制订过程中忽视了先进性、创新性、社会性等原则,尤其是计算机专业实践性强、知识更新非常快、社会对人才要求高等特点,因此,在制定人才培养方案中更加谨慎。采取定性与定量相结合的方法,构建出人才培养方案的因素指标,对每个因素进行量化与计算,得出培养人才的关键因素,为计算机人才培养提出指导性意见。
The talent training scheme is an important evaluation index of university teaching evaluation.From the perspective of specialty construction and personnel training,it has been successful in half to develop a good training program.At present,higher education professional talents training plan exists many problems of which the main reason is the neglect of advancement,innovativeness,sociality and other principles in the process of formulating,especially the computer specialty has the characteristics such as strong practicalness,fast knowledge update,high requirements for talents by the society and so on.Therefore,the formulation of talent training scheme should be more cautious.This paper adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative indexes to construct talent training scheme,then it quantifies and calculates each factors to get the key factors of the talent cultivation so as to provide guidance for computer talents training.
