摘要
目的探究复方丹参注射液治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年6月~2015年5月收治的64例妊娠晚期羊水过少患者,将其随机分为实验组与对照组,各32例。实验组患者给予复方丹参注射液治疗,对照组给予羊膜腔灌注治疗。结果实验组患者的AFI、S/D比值均优于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,新生儿结局优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义。结论复方丹参注射液治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少效果显著,可改善患者的羊水指数,降低剖宫产率,改善新生儿结局。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound Danshen injection for treatment of oligohydramnios during perinatal period.Methods 64 cases of perinatal pregnancy with oligohydramnios patients in our hospital during June 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,32 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with compound danshen injection treatment,while the control group was given amniotic infusion treatment.Results The patients of AFI,S/D ratio were better than the control group,the incidence rate was lower than the control group,neonatal outcome was better than the control group.There were significant differences between groups.Conclusion The effect of compound danshen injection for the treatment of oligohydramnios on perinatal period is remarkable,which can effectively improve the patient＇s amniotic fluid index,reduce cesarean section rate,improve the neonatal outcome.
