慢性骨髓炎患者焦虑抑郁的心理分析及其健康教育干预 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析慢性骨髓炎患者焦虑抑郁心理产生的原因,采取针对性的干预措施,提高护士健康水平。方法采用焦虑抑郁自评量表(SAS)及自评量表(SDS)对上海市480名慢性骨髓炎患者的焦虑抑郁状况进行随机抽查,分析其焦虑抑郁的原因,采取早期心理健康教育干预措施,比较其干预前后焦虑抑郁心理的变化。结果干预前SAS、SDS评分分别为(72.23±5.18)分和(56.28.12±3.12)分,干预后分别为(28.19±2.17)分和(19.369±1.29)分,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论慢性骨髓炎患者面临婚姻问题,经济待遇低,工作及生活压力等,焦虑抑郁不良心理严重影响其心理健康,通过健康心理教育干预,有助于慢性骨髓炎患者的身心健康和护理质量的提高。 Objective To analyze the causes of chronic osteomyelitis with anxiety and depression in patients with psychological,take interventions to improve the health level of nurses.Methods The anxiety and depression self rating scale(SAS),and self rating scale(SDS) of 480 chronic osteomyelitis patients with anxiety and depression status in Shanghai City were taken as random sampling,analysis of causes,the symptoms of anxiety and depression,take early psychological intervention measures of health education.The intervention before and after the anxiety depression psychological changes.Results The intervention before the scores of SAS and SDS,respectively(72.23±5.18) and(56.28.12±3.12) points,and after the intervention respectively(28.19±2.17) and(19.369±1.29),compared with before intervention,there was significant difference(P〈0.01).Conclusion Chronic osteomyelitis patients facing a marital,low economic treatment,work and life stress,anxiety and depression of adverse psychologological seriously affected the mental health,the mental health education intervention,help to improve the physical and mental health and quality of nursing care of patients with chronic osteomyelitis.
