摘要
在高校思想政治教育课程改革的探索实践中,高校师生虚拟社区易班成为良好的教育平台。易班在思想政治教育上拥有实现资讯传播、加强民主管理、促进师生交流等功能。本文针对教育载体、教育队伍、教育氛围、教育方法四个方面,总结出强化虚拟班级建设、构建分工明晰团队、营造和谐师生关系、制定教学相长策略四条经验,并据此做出了易班在思想政治教育领域的未来趋势研判,提出了可供参考借鉴的建设性意见。
In the exploration and practice of ideological and political education curriculum reform in colleges and universities,a virtual community is set up for teachers and college students———“E-CLASS”has became a good educational platform. Based on the carding of development process of “E-CLASS”,this paper analyzed the functions of this educational platform in ideological and political education. These functions included realizing disseminating information,strengthening democratic management,promoting communication between teachers and students and so on. Meanwhile,in education carrier,education team,educational atmosphere and education method,the author summarized some experience such as strengthening the construction of virtual classes ,building a team whose division of labour is clear-cut,establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and formulating a strategy to benefit both teaching and learning .In the last part,this paper made a prediction of the future trend of “E-CLASS”in the field of ideological and political education and put forward some constructive suggestions for reference.
