摘要
建立了采用测汞仪快速测定水系沉积物中总汞的分析方法,并进行标准样品及实际样品测定验证。结果表明,实际样品的加标回收率分别为97.0%~107.2%和98.9%~111.3%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~1.8%。该方法具有无需消解、测定快速、准确度高的特点,是一种测定水系沉积物中总汞的简便快捷方法。
A method to determine concentrations of total mercury in sediment by lumex analytical equipment was established in this paper. The precision of the method was validated by reference materials and two sediment samples. The results showed that the recoveries for total mercury in two sediment samples were 97.0%--107.2% and 98.9%4 111.3% respectively. The relative standard deviations were between 1.2% and 1.8%. This method has the advantages of easy performance, quick measurement and high accuracy, which is a simple and rapid method to determine total mercury in sediment.
