摘要
管理案例研究是通过对案例的规范化研究探究管理规律、构建管理理论的一种研究方法。通过对2005～2014年间中国举办的较有影响的两个管理案例研究论坛、国内重点学术期刊发表的管理案例研究文献的统计分析发现,近年来案例研究的论文数量逐渐增多,案例研究的流程日趋规范化,但与国外管理案例研究相比还有很大差距,尤其是在构建新理论、研究方法、研究的深度方面差距明显。基于此,展望了中国管理案例研究的趋势,即以规范案例研究流程、侧重理论创建为重点,通过案例研究创建中国情境下的本土化管理理论、丰富管理学理论和管理模式研究,指导管理实践。
Management case studies（MCS）are used to explore the regular pattern of management and to develop corresponding theories by standardized case studies.Statistical analysis on the literature about MCS in peer reviewed academic journals and two influential Forums on MCS held in China indicates an increasing publication on this topic and gradually standardized research schema in the past years.However,compared with the studies on MCS abroad,there is a big gap,especially in terms of developing new theories,study methods and depths.This paper aims to foresee the trend of MCS research in China,thus to regulate the process of case studies.It focuses on the development of a set of localized management theory,by means of multiple-case studies in Chinese context and enriches management theories to guide management practices.
