摘要
作为传统产业转型升级的可选路径,推进"数控一代"可缓解招工难,降低生产要素成本,提高生产效率,加快新型工业化进程;前提是各级政府的强力支持。推进"数控一代"的实施机制要坚持创新驱动、实施示范工程、加强技术应用服务体系建设。要提高推进"数控一代"实效性,应该选择适合本地域情的推进策略,避免冒进和盲动,注意经济效益核算,与非生产方式的提升相结合。
As an alternative path of the traditional industry transformation and upgrading,to promote the＂digital generation＂may decrease the recruitment difficulties,reduce the costs of production elements,improve production efficiency,and speed up the process of new industrialization.And the premise proves to be the strong support from the government at all levels.To promote the implementation of the＂digital control generation＂,we ought to insist on innovation-drive,implement the demonstration projects and strengthen the construction of service system in technological application.To improve the＂digital generation＂effectiveness,it is a must to choose the promotion strategies fit for the local areas,and avoid aggression and blindness,evaluate the economic benefits and combine with the improvement of non-production mode.
