摘要 针对减速器试验中对转速、温度、振动加速度、扭矩等多参数监测的需求,设计了减速器试验台多参数监测系统。该系统基于ARM11和STM32双ARM架构设计,STM32系统采集来自多个监测参数的传感器信号,并封装后通过串口上传到ARM11系统,ARM11运行Linux操作系统,ARM11-Linux具有数据存储、分析和人机交互等功能。实际使用表明该系统可以适用于减速器试验中的多参数监测,且具有功耗低、便携性好等优点。 In order to meet the requirements of multi-parameter monitoring including rotational speed,temperature,vibration acceleration and torque in gearbox test,a multi-parameter monitoring system for gearbox test was designed. ARM11 and STM32 were both used in this system. The STM32 gathered the signals from multi-parameter sensors. The data from different sensors were packed and sent to ARM11 system by STM32 through the serial port. The ARM11 embedded system running with Linux had the function of data storage,analysis and human machine interface. The practical use of the system indicates that it has the advantage of low power cost and well portable and can be used in the multi-parameter condition monitoring of gearbox test rig in field test.
