颅脑损伤患者锥颅血肿抽吸术与开颅手术临床对比研究被引量：2

摘要目的对比研究颅脑损伤患者锥颅血肿抽吸术与开颅手术临床效果。方法选取收治的颅脑损伤患者88例,采取数字随机法分成开颅组(n=44)和抽吸术组(n=44),开颅组采取开颅血肿清除术治疗,抽吸术组采取锥颅血肿抽吸术治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果两组恢复佳率、残疾严重程度、植物状态及死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组BI评分、FM评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。抽吸术组并发症发生率15.91%,开颅组并发症发生率36.36%,抽吸术组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锥颅血肿抽吸术与开颅手术均可作为外伤性颅脑损伤的有效治疗方法,而锥颅血肿抽吸术造成的创伤更小,可能对患者更加有利。
