摘要
本文在国家环境保护总局《环境监测技术规范》(第四册)中叶绿素a的测定(简称为"标法")方法基础上,对叶绿素a测定中常见的实验误差进行了分析和讨论,并对丙酮萃取、研磨细胞破碎法进行改进,优化浸提步骤和计算方法,使叶绿素a的浸提效率显著增加,并提高了实验数据的准确性和精密度。
Based on the standard method, the extraction step and calculation process was optimized. The common experimental error of the determination of chlorophyll a was analysed and discussed. The extraction efficiency of the chlorophyll a was increased significantly, and the accuracy and precision of the experimental data were increased.
