摘要
介绍了一套异型羊角套盖塑件注塑成型抽芯机构及其模具结构。针对塑件内部为羊角型圆弧弯管空心的特征,且其模具布局为一模多穴的实际抽芯要求,设计出特殊的点浇口与侧浇口相结合的浇注系统以及双圆弧滑块抽芯机构,完成了塑件的自动脱模,克服和改进了现有模具单腔设计生产效率低下的不足,简化了模具结构且易加工,降低了模具生产制作成本。实际生产表明,该模具结构设计合理,工作稳定可靠。
A set of special-shaped claw cover plastic injection molding and mold structure with core pulling mechanism was introduced. According to the plastic parts inside the hollow horn type arc pipe characteristics and its mold layout for a multi hole of the actual pumping core requirements, a special gating system and a double circular arc core pulling mechanism were designed. The automatic stripping of plastic parts was completed which overcomes the shortcomings of the existing design and production efficiency of single cavity design. The mold structure was simplified, and the manufacturing cost was reduced. The actual production shows that the mold structure design is reasonable, and the work is stable and reliable.
