分光光度法快速测定废水中化学需氧量的可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据国标重铬酸钾法分析水和废水中化学需氧量原理,设计出一种通过哈希消解仪和便携式分光光度计。通过实验数据验证了用分光光度法测定水和废水中化学需氧量的方法的可靠性、实用性,对比了该方法与国标方法在测定化学需氧量的差异性,同时用加标回收率、质控样测定等方法对监测数据进行比对,证明该方法在实际工作中,特别是在突发水体环境污染事件的应急监测时,能够快速提供水体受有机物的污染的COD结果,具有一定的时效性和适用性。 Based on the principle of potassium dichromate method used for analysis of COD in water and wastewater,analytical method was designed through Hach digestion instrument and portable spectrophotometer. The reliability andpracticality of using spectrophotometry for determination of COD in water and wastewater was tested and verified throughexperimental data,the difference between this method and international method in determination of COD was compared,and comparison was made to the monitoring data by using the methods inclusive of adding standard recovery and qualitycontrol sample determination. It was proven that during practical work,especially in the emergency monitoring ofunexpected water body environment pollution incident,this method can quickly provide COD result of organic matter-polluted water body,it has particular timeliness and applicability.
