摘要 目的:通过视觉评价椅旁CEREC计算机辅助设计(computer aideddesign,CAD)的镜像(mirror-image,MI)和生物再造(biogeneric reconstruction,BR)模式以及人工堆蜡(Wax-ups,WU)修复的上前牙全瓷冠虚拟图形的相似性。方法:随机选择牙列完整,上中切牙大小形态对称,其邻牙、对侧同名牙及咬合关系正常的患者30例。采集印模,记录咬合关系,翻制3副石膏模型。在模型上的上颌前牙行全瓷冠牙体预备并扫描。通过CERECv4.2的MI和BR模式形成虚拟修复体图形。完成预备体的蜡型和扫描。视觉评价修复体虚拟图形与对侧同名牙的形态差异。通过Wilcoxon秩和检验比较MI、BR和WU三组图形的差异(检验水平α=0.05)。结果:MI组与WU组的得分高于BR组(P〈0.05),但MI组与WU组之间的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:CAD镜像模式和人工堆蜡对于重建前牙美学形态都是可行的方法,但前者较后者更高效一些。 Objective:The aim of this study was tocomparesimilarity of virtual image of the restoration maxillary incisor with all ceramic crown by CEREC~CAD mirror-image(MI)model and biogenericreconstruction(BR)model as well as manual wax-ups(WU). Method:Thirtyparticipants with intactdentitions,symmetric incisors andnormal occlusal morphology were includedrandomly. Impressions,biteregistrationsand three gypsum replicas were made.Preparationsof one of the maxillary incisor on modelfor all ceramic crowns were performed andscanned.The virtual imageof restorations were formed by using the modes of MI and BR(CEREC~ v4.2).WU of these preparationswere scanned as well.Differences were evaluated visuallyby matching the virtual images ofscan with the contralateraltooth morphologies. The discrepancieswere compared amonggroups of MI,BR,and WU via Wilcoxon signed-rank test(α =0.05). Result:The groups of MI and WU got higher scoresthan that of BR(P 0.05),but no significant discrepancies were found between MI and WU(P 0.05). Conclusion:The CAD-MIand manual WUareall suitable techniquesin aestheticalrestoration of anterior teeth,but the former is more efficient than the latter.
