摘要
[目的]了解西南地区社区护士工作任务的执行频率及影响因素,为建立与社区护士临床工作任务相匹配的职业进阶考试体系提供参照。[方法]从西南4个省/直辖市采取方便抽样法抽取10家社区机构,采用国家卫计委人才交流中心设计的不同职称护士工作任务调查表对被抽取机构中的201名护士进行问卷调查,应用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。[结果]对120项护理任务,执行频率最高的维度是与药物治疗相关的任务(3.05分±1.18分),执行频率最低的维度是满足病人基本需求的任务(1.40分±1.05分);单因素及多元逐步回归分析发现,年龄、学历、职务及地区差异对与药物治疗相关任务的执行频率产生不同影响,年龄是其独立的影响因素;职务对保证病人安全相关任务的执行频率有影响;年龄和职务对评估/评价活动的执行频率有影响;年龄对伦理/法律类活动和满足病人基本需求任务的执行频率有影响;职务对沟通交流活动的执行频率有影响;地区差异对其他类活动的执行频率有影响。[结论]西南地区社区护士工作任务的执行频率有差异,不同工作任务执行频率的影响因素也不同,临床实践中应科学合理地培养社区护理人才,对不同级别社区护士进行分层使用,提高护理管理效率。
Objective：To know about the Community nurses＇ task execution requency and its influencing factors in southwest region,so as to provide advanced reference for the establishment of vocational advanced exam system match to community nurses＇ clinical tasks.Methods：10community organizations were selected from the southwest four provinces/municipalities,and the 201 nurses in these organizations received the questionnaire by using the＂different titles nurses task questionnaire＂designed by talent exchange centers in National Planning Commission Guardian,and the SPSS 17.0was used for statistical analysis.Results：For 120 nursing tasks,the dimension with the highest performing frequency was drugs-related tasks（3.05±1.18）,the dimension with the lowest performing frequency was the task meeting patients＇ basic needs（1.40±1.05）;single factors and stepwise regression analysis showed that the age,education,post and regional differences had different effects on the drug-related tasks execution frequency and the age was the independent influencing factors;post had influence on execution frequency of ensuring patients safety-related tasks;age and post had influence on execution frequency of evaluation/assessment activities;age had influence on the execution frequency of the ethical/legal types of activities and tasks for meeting the patients＇ basic needs;post had influence on execution frequency of communication activities;regional differences had influence on execution frequency of other types of activities.Conclusion：The execution frequency of the Southwest community nurses＇ tasks was different,the execution frequency of different tasks had different influencing factors,community nursing personnel should be trained in clinical practice scientific and reasonable,and carry out stratified use of different levels of community nurses,so as to improve the efficiency of nursing management.
