摘要
纳米金标记技术是一种高灵敏、高通量、高效率的免疫标记技术,此项技术已应用于病原生物检测的研究。本文就纳米金颗粒的理化性质、制备及在病原生物检测中的研究进展进行了综述。
Nanogold labeling is a highly sensitive,high-throughput,and highly efficient labeling technique that has been used to detect pathogens.Nanogold particles can serve as markers.These markers can be quickly separated from a complex sample so that the desired product can be purified and concentrated.Advantages of this technique are its speed and small size.This paper reviews the physical and chemical properties of gold nanoparticles,how they are prepared,and how they are used to detect pathogens.
