摘要
以信息技术为代表的各种新技术对高校的教学带来了许多新的变化,产生了诸多影响,但在具体实施信息化教学活动的过程中常会受到现有教学体制、机制、观念的制约,从而影响高校信息化教学的进一步发展。针对这些问题,基于教育现象一般是由活动、体制、机制和观念这四个基本范畴组成的认识,首先探讨了信息化教学管理活动的基本构成要素,进而从信息化教学的组织机构、管理规范两个方面构建信息化教学的体制,再从信息化教学的管理机制、运行机制、评价与考核机制等三个方面构建信息化教学的机制。最后,本文提出建立信息化教学的管理观,以适应信息化教学发展的新要求。
The development of information technology has brought a lot of new changes to the teaching in higher education, and thus has produced various effects. However, the implementation of informationalized teaching has been restricted by current teaching system, mechanism, and conceptions,and has impeded the development of informationalized teaching in higher education. Based on the understanding that any educational phenomenon is consisted of activity, system, mechanism, and conceptions, this paper first discusses the basic elements of the activity of informationalized teaching management. Then, this paper discusses the establishment of informationalized teaching system from the perspectives of organization institution and management specification of informationalized teaching. It next discusses the construction of the mechanism of informationalized teaching from the aspects of the management mechanism, the operational mechanism, and the evaluation and assessment of informationalized teaching. Finally, it proposes to build the management view of informationalized teaching in order to adapt to the new demands of the development of informationalized teaching.
