摘要
现代科学技术带动了DNA检测技术在法医领域的不断发展.以目前世界上比较先进的三个DNA检测平台为例,探讨法医DNA检测平台的研究与应用.每项技术有其优缺点,在实际的法医DNA检测中,要灵活地选用检测平台,以促进工作的顺利开展.
Modern science and technology led to the continuous development of DNA testing technology in the forensic field. Taking three advanced testing platforms in the world as examples,the paper discussed the research and application of DNA testing platforms in the forensic field. Each technology has its advantages and disadvantages. In the actual forensic DNA testing,it is necessary to utilize these testing platforms in a flexible way,so as to promote the smooth development of the work.
