摘要
目的:分析磨盘草石油醚部位的成分。方法:通过95%乙醇回流提取磨盘草粗粉,再用石油醚萃取,气相色谱-质谱联用分析石油醚部位成分。结果:共分离出14种成分,鉴定了其中8种,含量占总峰面积的67.62%。结论:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和(Z)-9-十八烯酸酰胺首次从磨盘草中发现。
Objective： To study the chemical constituent from Abtilon indicum. Methods： Abutilon indicum coarse powder was refluxed extraction by 95% alcohol,then uesd petroleum ether to extract and syudy the fraction from petroleum ether by GC- MS.Results： There were 12 components to be isolated,and identified four of them. These substances was accounted for 67. 62% of the total peak area with content. Conclusion： Dibutyl phthalate and（ Z）- 9- Octadecenamide were frist indentified from this plant.
