摘要
采用聚醚砜和纳米粒子对氰酸酯/双马来酰亚胺/烯丙基双酚A树脂体系增韧改性,制备耐高温改性氰酸酯胶膜。主要研究了纳米粒子与聚醚砜的含量对胶膜粘接性能及耐230℃老化性能的影响。通过差示扫描量热法、热失重法和傅里叶变换红外光谱分别表征了体系的反应活性、热稳定性和反应机理。
The polyether sulphone and nanoparticles are used to improve the toughness of cyanate/bismaleimide/diallylbisphenol A resin system. The modified cyanate adhesive film with a high temperature resistance based on the system is also prepared. The effects of polyether sulphone and nanoparticles content on the bonding performance and anti-aging property at 230℃ of adhesive film are discussed. The reactivity, thermal stability and reaction mechanism are investigated by means of DSC, TG and FTIR.
