摘要
高校毕业生就业质量的高低反映了高校人才培养质量状况。影响大学生就业质量的因素很多,但从高校的视角来看,人力资本、社会资本对大学生的求职过程、职业稳定与职业发展以及就业满意度具有重要的影响和作用。大学生和高校可通过对人力资本、社会资本的投资和积累促进就业质量的提升。
The employment quality of college students reflect the situation of talents cultivation quality of colleges and universities.In the perspective of universities and colleges,human capital and social capital has a major impact on college students' job search process,vocational stability,career and employment satisfaction degree.Universities and colleges should improve employment quality through investing in human capital and social capital.
