陈莹补肾化痰祛瘀方辨治肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征 被引量:9

摘要 陈莹教授认为多囊卵巢综合征系脾肾阳虚,湿阻气滞、痰瘀互结,高胰岛血症和胰岛素抵抗等多种因素相互影响,属"闭经""崩漏""瘢瘕""不孕"等范畴;提出"益肾健脾、化痰行瘀,攻补兼施,固本祛邪",根据"肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫"生殖轴特点,结合月经周期调治,自拟补肾化痰祛瘀方,调整月经周期、促进排卵;注重调整生活方式,低热量饮食,耗能锻炼,适饮食、调起居、畅情志。 Professor CHEN Ying thinks polycystic ovary syndrome is based on of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,wet resistance and Qi stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction, high blood insulin and insulin resistance,and other factors influence each other.This syndrome is belongs to the categories such as "amenorrhea metrorrhagia and metrostaxis Zhengjia" and "infertility" .She proposed invigorating the kidney and spleen,line phlegm and blood stasis, tonification and dislodge in combination and solid vita qi eliminating evil to treatment.According to the characteristics of "kidney-tiangui-chongren-uterus" reproductive axis, combined with the menstrual cycle treatmeng.She used Her serf-made Bushen Huatang Quyu decoction to adjust the menstrual cycle, and promoting ovulation.Pay attention to adjust the way of life, low calorie diet, exercise, reasonable diet, adjust the habits and customs, keep the mood happy is also necessary.
