摘要
目的探讨护理专业本科老年护理学课程建设的方法和效果。方法对护理专业本科老年护理学课程进行建设,在理论课中增加日本介护技术基础知识、福祉理念和我国台湾地区养老护理理念的讲授;增加老年护理学实践课学时,在实践课中采用情境教学法、组织学生去老人院实地探访;在课程考核中增加实践考核部分。对学习该课程的88名本科生进行课程考核,在学习课程前后采用对老年人态度量表对学生进行调查。结果学习课程后84.1%的学生成绩处于良好以上水平,对老年人的态度得分高于学习前(P<0.05),学习后护理专业本科生对老年护理学课程有兴趣的由78.41%提高到92.05%,照顾老年人意愿由71.59%提高到88.64%(P<0.05)。结论对护理专业本科老年护理学课程进行建设,可有效提升学生对老年护理学的学习兴趣,改善学生对老年人的态度,提高学生照顾老年人的意愿。
Objective To explore the methods and outcomes of geriatric nursing curriculum construction for undergraduate nursing students. Methods The geriatric nursing curriculum for undergraduate nursing students was reformed. The measures included integrating the basic knowledge and techniques of nursing care in Japan and the welfare concept in Taiwan into the course content,increasing the practice class hours and skills test,implementing situational teaching method in practice course and organizing students to visit elderly homes. Eighty-eight undergraduate nursing students were investigated using Elderly Attitude Scale before and after the course. Results 84.1%of nursing students got higher score in the final test. After the course,the score in elderly attitude scale was significantly higher than baseline(P〈0.05),students' interest in geriatric nursing course increased from 78.41% to 92.05%,and their willingness to take care of the elderly increased from 71.59% to 88.64%(P〈0.05). Conclusion The reformed geriatric nursing course can effectively improve students' learning interest in geriatric nursing,promote their attitudes towards the elderly and willingness to take care of the elderly.
