摘要
目的研发新型应急救援便携组合式医疗箱,为灾害医学救援及处置各类突发事件提供有力保障。方法研究基于医院院外、战备等不利医疗条件下,根据便携、装载能力强且具有组合展开功能的设计要求,研发具备医疗操作平台的便携组合式医疗箱。结果研制的应急救援便携组合式医疗箱高原急救箱装备物可装载应急救援配备药品、器材20余种,防护及保护性能较好,组合后操作平台能够完成基本应急医疗救护,能够满足应急救援现场救治的需要。结论针对应急救援复杂环境和紧急救治要求设计的便携组合式医疗箱,携带方便、功能齐全、性能稳定,有潜力成为新型的模块化救援工具。
Objective To design the new type portable first-aid kit,providing effective protection for the disaster medical rescue and disposal of emergencies. Methods Based on the principle of portable and strong loading capacity,first-aid kits could provide combined medical platform in the adverse medical conditions. Results The new type portable first-aid kits are equipped with more than 20 species of medicines and equipment. It has good protection performance and meets emergency rescue needs after assembling of operation platform. Conclusions The new type portable first-aid kit can provide accurate and reliable medical supplies when large forces rapidly moved. With to the portable,fully functional and stable performance,it has the potential to become a new type of modular rescue tool.
