光滑实心转子异步电机等效电路参数的二维计算方法 被引量:12

摘要 实心转子异步电机等效电路是设计和性能分析的重要手段,等效电路的参数需要通过电磁场求解获得。文中分析比较了光滑实心转子异步电机等效电路参数的4种二维计算方法,对其中的3种进行了改进。为考虑曲率半径效应影响,改进为在圆柱坐标下求解实心转子电机线性时的电磁场,推导了转子阻抗表达式;改进了分层法和透入深度法,使其在原本能考虑转子铁心饱和的基础上,更考虑了定子铁心饱和。采用折算至转差频率的场路耦合非线性谐波场,计算电机磁场。分别用4种算法结合转子端部系数,计算电机转子等效电路参数。在一台实验样机上将4种算法计算结果与实验进行了比较,说明了转子铁心饱和效应、考虑曲率半径和转差率对转子阻抗角的影响。分层法和透入深度法计算量小,有限元非线性谐波场适用范围广。该文为计算实心转子电机参数提供参考。 The solution of electromagnetic fields in solid rotor induction motors can be used for calculating the equivalent circuit parameters, which will facilitate the motor design and performance analysis. This paper analyzed the equivalent circuit parameters of smooth solid rotor induction motors with four two-dimensional calculation methods, three of them were improved. The 2D linear analytical solution in cylindrical coordinate systems was given. To consider both the nonlinearity of stator and rotor cores, an improved multi-layer method and a penetration depth method were proposed. Furthermore, the time-harmonic FEM method was also adopted, while the calculating fundamental frequency was transformed to the slip frequency of the rotor side. These four algorithms, combined with the coefficient of rotor end effects, were applied in the parameter calculation of an experimental solid induction motor. Results show the rotor core saturation, rotor curvature and the slip have impact on the rotor impedance. The multi-layer and penetration depth method have less amount of calculation, while the finite element method (FEM) has more wide application. This paper provides reference for calculation of solid rotor motor parameters, which will help to analyze and to design the motor.
