摘要
焊接增材制造技术作为一种新的制造技术,近些年来得到了世界各国的重视。简要介绍了金属材料增材制造的特点,重点阐述了近年来国内外采用不同焊接方式进行增材制造的研究,并分析了各种焊接增材制造技术的优缺点。由于目前对于增材制造技术的研究还没有一个详细的、完善的体系,提议建立一个类似"材料基因组计划"的数据库,各研究机构之间共享数据,必定会促进增材制造技术的飞速发展。
As a novel manufacturing technology,additive manufacturing based on welding process recently has drawn world-wide attention.The characteristics of additive manufacturing technique for metallic materials were briefly introduced,and the domestic and overseas research status of additive manufacturing techniques were elaborated based on different welding processes.Meanwhile,the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques were analyzed.Because there is no elaborating and acceptable system for additive manufacturing techniques,a database which is similar to that established by Materials Genome Initiative,was proposed to be built to share data between research institutes and promote the prosperity in this field.
