摘要
采用等离子弧焊方法焊接冻干机板层隔条,焊接过程的控制是关键技术。在焊接过程中,以欧姆龙可编程逻辑控制器为控制核心,对所要求焊接时序中的焊接电流、离子气、焊接行走电机、送丝电机等焊接系统程序进行设计。结果表明,通过对等离子弧焊系统的控制,实现了冻干机板层与隔条单面焊双面成形的自动控制,实现了高效、高质量的焊缝焊接,符合检验标准的要求。
The automatic plasma arc welding method was used to weld the ribs and plate layers in the freeze dryer,and the control of welding process is the key technology.In the welding process,the OMRON programmable logic controller(PLC) was used as the control core.The welding system such as welding current,plasma gas,welding running motor,wire feeding motor and so on,were designed.The result indicates that through the control of the plasma arc welding system,it is realized that the automatic control of one-side welding with back formation of the plate and the ribs in the freeze drying machine,and the high efficiency and high quality welded joint,and the test results meet the requirements of inspection standards.
