摘要
探伤不合格是环件判废的主要原因之一。为提高探伤合格率,本文针对S48C环件典型超声波探伤缺陷,采用热酸浸低倍检验、金相、扫描电镜、断口分析等手段对探伤缺陷进行了解剖和分析,确认了缺陷的类型,并对其形成原因和预防措施进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,超声波探伤缺陷是白点缺陷;据此提出了控制冶炼过程增氢和缓冷的预防措施;措施实施后,环件的超声波探伤缺陷明显降低。
Ultrasonic testing defect is one of the most important reasons causing rejection of rolled S48C steel ring. In order to improve the acceptance ratio,typical ultrasonic testing defects of a certain type of rolled S48C steel ring were investigated and analyzed through macro-inspection, metallographic examination, SEM and energy spectroscopy analysis, and fracture inspection. The type of defect was indentified. Reasons for the defect and countermeasures were discussed. The results show that the typical defect detected by ultrasonic testing is flake. Consequently, hydrogen picked-up during the melting and casting process and slow cooling after continuous casting and hot treatment are put forward. After implementation of the countermeasures, the ultrasonic test defect of the rolled steel ring is reduced markedly.
