摘要
目的观察银质针配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法选择我院2013年9月~2015年9月间30例进行银质针治疗的患者,将其作为实验组,对患者采用银质针配合功能锻炼的效果进行观察;同时选择2013年9月~2015年9月间进行康复功能锻炼的肩周炎患者30例,将其作为对照组,对患者康复功能锻炼的效果进行观察,并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗后显效的6例,治疗效果有效的18例,总有效率为80.0%;对照组患者治疗后显效2例,治疗效果有效12例,总有效率为46.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论银质针治疗配合功能锻炼对肩周炎疗效确切,值得在社区健康服务中心推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of silver needle combined with functional exercise in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods 30 cases of silver needle therapy patients,who were in hospital between September 2013 and 2015 September,were chosen as the experimental group. The effect of silver needle combined with functional exercise was observed.At the same time,rehabilitation exercise patients with periarthritis of shoulder were chosen as control group from September 2013 to September 2015.The effect of functional exercise was observed. The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results After treatment,6 cases of experimental group were markedly improved, 18 cases were effective.The total effective rate of experimental group was 80%. After treatment, 2 cases of control group were markedly improved, 12 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 46.7%.There was obvious difference between two groups, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Silver needle therapy combined with functional exercise is effective in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. It is worthy of application and promotion in the community health service center.
