摘要
目的分析在儿童肱骨髁上骨折的治疗中,手法复位闭合穿刺针结合骨折治疗仪的应用价值。方法选取我院2011年11月~2013年10月期间收治的60例儿童肱骨髁上骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式将60例患儿平均分为观察组和对照组,对照组患儿行手法整复闭合穿针方法进行治疗,观察组患儿则在对照组治疗方法的基础上辅以骨折治疗仪进行治疗,然后就两组患儿的治疗效果进行综合性的比较和分析。结果两组患儿经过各自方法的系统治疗,恢复情况及骨折愈合速度组间比较,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床治疗中,采用手法复位闭合穿针结合骨折治疗仪进行治疗,不仅能够最大程度的提高患儿的治疗效果还能够有效提高骨折的愈合速度,具有一定的临床价值,值得在临床实践中予以借鉴。
Objective To analyze the application value of manipulative reduction and closed aspiration needle combined with fracture treatment apparatus of humeral fractures in children. Methods From November 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital,60 children with humerus fractures as the research object Humerus were selected,and randomly divided into observation group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）.The children in control group were treatmented with manipulative reduction closed needle method,and the children in observation group were treatmented with fracture treatment apparatus based on the methods of treatment of control group.The treatment effect of the two groups were comprehensively compared and analyzed. Results After the system each treatment method,Two groups of patients,the recovery rate and fracture healing rate between of of observation group were significantly better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of fractures of the humerus in children,the treatment method with manipulative reduction and closed aspiration needle combined with fracture treatment apparatus,not only can maximum improve children＇s treatment and effectively improve the fracture healing,has certain clinical value,and it is worth in clinical practice to be used.
