摘要
学科概念从其形态上可以区分为知识形态的学科和组织形态的学科,大学学科建设的目的是为了提升学科组织的学术产出能力,建设世界一流学科就是建设一流的学科组织,实现一流的学术产出。目前我国学科建设主要问题表现为重点建设学科布局上的结构不够合理;遴选取向上的"择需"不足,缺少顶层设计;学科建设投入上的"见物不见人"等问题。要避免这些问题需要在未来的学科建设上实现三个转变:一是遴选重点学科从单一的"竞争选优"到与"择需布局"相结合转变;二是实现从经费投入的"要素驱动"向制度供给的"创新驱动"转变;三是学科组建从"被动组合"向"自觉组织"转变。
The concept of discipline in its form is divided into that of knowledge and organization. The aim of university discipline building is to boost academic production competence of discipline organizations. Building world-class discipline is to build first-class discipline and to realize the first-class output. However, some unprecedented problems have consequently arisen, which include not so rational discipline distribution, deficiency in demand orientation, lack of overall design, and the phenomenon of investing things rather than personnel and so on. Three changes are required in order to avoid these problems in the future discipline building: the change from competition for the better solely to the Combination of demand orientation distribution with the former in the selection of key discipline; the change from essential element-driven in the fund investment to innovation-driven in the system supply; the change from passive assembly to conscious organization in discipline establishment.
