摘要 为了研究搅拌设备沥青罐加热节能技术,通过对比2种沥青罐的结构,分析动态加热原理和加热过程,建立了沥青罐动态加热模型,确定了多个沥青罐的加热时序和节点,形成"梯形动态"加热模式;根据依托的实体工程设备和混合料参数,经计算和试验验证得出,在保证搅拌设备连续生产的条件下,相邻罐沥青加热的时间节点为,在用罐内沥青剩余20.6%。该工艺较传统工艺节能16.4%,可以有效降低加热能耗。 To study the energy-saving technology for asphalt tank heating of asphalt mixing plants,a dynamic heating model was established by comparing the structures of two kinds of asphalt tanks and analyzing the principle and process of dynamic heating.The heating time and node of the asphalt tanks were determined,and the trapezoid dynamic heating mode was formed.Combined with the equipment used in practical projects and the mixing parameters,a conclusion was drawn after verifying with calculation and test,stating that under the condition that the continuous production of asphalt mixture is ensured,the heating time node for adjacent asphalt tank is when 20.6% of asphalt remains in the tank that's being used.The technology can effectively reduce the heating energy consumption,with 16.4% less comparing to traditional practice.
