摘要
战略变革过程是战略管理领域和组织理论领域共同关注的热点问题。国内外不同学者从理性、学习、认知、复杂性科学视角对其进行了不同程度的研究,协同演化视角正逐渐被接受,特别是关于调控机制和有序性识别方面是近年来研究的热点。从战略变革过程内在机理、调控机制、有序性识别等方面梳理了战略变革过程的研究文献,认为在纵向分析不同视角下组织战略变革过程研究的内在规律、探索组织战略变革过程的内在机制、构建组织战略变革过程的调控机制是战略变革过程协同演化视角研究的客观需要和未来趋势。
Strategic change process is a hot issue in the field of the strategic management and organization theory. From the perspec- tives of rationality, learning, cognition and complexity science, different scholars at home and abroad have been studying it in different levels, and co-evolution perspective is gradually accepted, especially the regulation and control mechanism and the order recognition have been hotspots of research in recent years. From the internal mechanism, regulation mechanism and or- der recognition of strategic change process, it combs research literatures of the strategic change process, and believes that it is the strategic change process of the objective need of the perspective of co-evolution and future trends to longitudinally ana- lyze the inherent law of organization's strategic change from different angles of view, explore the internal mechanism of orga- nizational strategic change process and build the regulatory mechanism of organizational strategic change process.
