摘要
目前颈动脉狭窄是缺血性脑血管病的主要病因,且颈动脉粥样硬化好发于颈动脉分叉部,故正确认识颈动脉分叉部解剖结构,了解其与局部血流动力学、颈动脉粥样硬化的关系,重视对颈动脉狭窄的早期诊治,可更好地防治缺血性脑血管病。因数字化减影脑血管造影检查为脑血管检查的"金指标",故利用其对颈动脉分叉部的解剖测量可为医学应用及临床研究提供解剖学基础数值。
Currently, carotid stenosis is the main cause of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and carotid bifurcation is the predilection site of carotid atherosclerosis, therefore, the correct understanding of anatomy of the carotid bifurcation and clear understanding of the relationship between the carotid bifurcation anatomy and local hemodynamics and carotid atherosclerosis, paying attention to the early diagnosis and treatment of carotid stenosis,can help to better prevent and control ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Because the digital subtraction angiographyis the "gold standard" for cercbrovascular check, the application of iffor carotid bifur- cation anatomical, measurement can providegood basic data for the medical application and clinical research.
