摘要
以聚合杂交选育的112个高代稳定自交系及其12个亲本为材料,分别在湖北荆州作中稻和广东广州作早稻种植,研究不同生态条件下水稻齐穗后不同时期剑叶叶绿素含量(SPAD值)日衰减量与出穗促进率的关系。结果表明,广州和荆州水稻齐穗后第11~16天的SPAD值日衰减量与出穗促进率的相关性均达极显著水平,偏相关性均达显著水平。水稻齐穗后第11~16天剑叶SPAD值日衰减量可作为其光温敏感性的评价指标,在此期间,SPAD值日衰减量越大,光温敏感性越强,品种适应性越差,反之,适应性越强。
Using 112 inbred lines developed by polymerizing hybridization breeding and their 12 parents as the ma- terials, which were planted as medium rice at Jingzhou, Hubei and as early rice at Guangzhou, Guangdong, the correlation was analyzed between the attenuation of chlorophyll content ( SPAD value) of flag leaf in different peri- ods after the full heading stage and the heading acceleration percentage under different ecological conditions. The results showed that there existed a significant linear correlation between the SPAD value attenuation per day during the period from 11th to 16th day after full heading and the heading acceleration percentage at both Guangzhou and Jingzhou. Therefore, the SPAD value attenuation per day of flag leaf during the period from 11 th to 1th day after full heading can be used as the evaluation index for the thermo-photoperiodic sensitivity of rice varieties. During this period, the more the SPAD value attenuation per day of a rice variety is, the stronger is its thermo-photoperiodic sensitivity, resulting in a poorer adaptability of the variety, and vise versa.
