摘要
涉老职业教育与职业培训有效对接是推进养老服务人力资源开发,满足养老服务职业人才终身学习和可持续发展的一项重要举措。在分析其主要影响因素基础上,提出了推进二者有效对接的多层面、系统化建议:宏观上,提升养老服务职业吸引力是基础,搭建多元主体合作框架是重点,畅通培训运行机制是关键;院校层面上,深化校企合作机制是前提,建立系统、科学的培训体系是基础,建立教学与培训联动机制是重点,创新培训机制是关键,加大对职业培训的投入与激励是保障。
The effective cocking between elderly vocational education and vocational training is an important measure to promote the development of the human resources of the aged service, and meet the lifelong learning and sustainable development. Based on the analysis of its influencing factors, it comes up with the multi-level and systematic suggestions to promote the effective docking. On the macro level: to enhance the attractiveness of the aged service is the foundation, to build a multi-body cooperation framework is the key, to advance running mechanism is the key; on the level of school: to deepen the Cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the prerequisite, the establishment of the system and scientific training system is the basis, the establishment of the linkage mechanism of teaching and training is the point, innovating the training mechanism is the key, and increasing the investment and the incentive is the guarantee.
