摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜下经腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术围手术期护理过程,总结护理体会。方法:收集采用腹腔镜下经腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术治疗患者,结合术前心理干预、饮食护理、术前准备、术后并发症及引流管护理等进行围术期护理,分析并总结护理效果及体会。结果:除术后有一例因下蹲时不小心用力过猛致会阴部切口裂开,经重新缝合并加强换药后治愈,30例病人均康复出院。结论:加强腹腔镜下经腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术病人围手术期护理,是提高手术成功率、促进术后机体顺利恢复的重要保证。
Objective：To analyze the nursing process of laparoscopie abdominal perineal resection eoloreetal cancer, summarize nursing experience.Methods：Patients treated with laparoscopic abdominal perineal eoloreetal cancer radical surgery were selected, combined with preoperative psychological intervention, dietary care, preoperative preparation, postoperative complications and drainage tube care Perioperative care, analyzes and summarizes care benefits and experience.Results：All patients except one case due to squat after accidentally overexert cause perineal wound dehiscence, and to strengthen the re-stitched after cure dressing, were all discharged. Conclusion：Strengthening laparoseopic abdominal perineal resection colorectal cancer patients perioperative care is an important guarantee to improve the success rate of surgery,and promote smooth recovery of postoperction body.
