基于声发射技术的再生混凝土破坏机理细观研究 被引量:9

Research on the failure mechanism of recycled concrete at the mesoscopic level based on acoustic emission technique

摘要 摘要:为了从细观层面了解再生混凝土的破坏机理,分别制作了4种常用强度等级的砂浆试块、普通混凝土试块、再生混凝土试块以及强化再生骨料混凝土试块,并对试块进行了简单加载条件下的声发射试验,对声发射能量-峰值频率关联图进行了对比分析。结果显示:声发射信号峰值频率主要集中在25~40kHz和85~105kHz2个区段内,并且随着等级的提高,高频信号增加,从而得出了进行骨料强化及提高砂浆强度等级可以有效提高再生混凝土强度的结论。 In order to understand the failure mechanism of recycled concrete at the microscopic level,four kinds of commonly used test block such as mortar test block,ordinary concrete test block,recycled concrete test block and reinforced recycled aggre- gate concrete test block were respectively made,and the acoustic emission test of various test block was carried out under simple loading condition, also, a comparative analysis of the acoustic emission energy-peak frequency correlation graph is carried out. The results showed that the peak frequency of AE signal is mainly concentrated in the two sections of 25~40 kHz and 85~105 kHz, and with the increase of the level,the high frequency signal is increased. Thus,the conclusion is drawn that the strength of recy- cled concrete can be improved effectively by aggregate strengthening and improving the grade of mortar.
