细胞膜片技术在牙周组织再生中应用现状及进展 被引量:3

Recent advances and future prospects of cell sheet technology for periodontal tissue regeneration

摘要 牙周炎为临床常见感染性疾病之一,是导致牙齿脱落的主要原因,其发生与一些系统性疾病有一定关系。目前尚无有效方法解决牙周组织的功能性再生修复。应用组织工程方法将种子细胞传递接种到生物降解性支架材料上,再造组织和器官,已在临床试验领域取得一定成果,但传统细胞传递方式限制了该技术的进展。细胞膜片技术是一种新的细胞传递方式,本文对其在牙周组织再生中应用的现状及研究进展作一综述。 Periodontitis is one of the most common infectious diseases. It is the main cause of tooth loss and is associated with a number of systemic diseases. Until now, there is no effective method for functional periodontal tissue regeneration. Tissue engineering technology has been used to deliver the seed ceils into biodegradable scaffolds for tissue and organ reconstruction, which has limited the advances in technology although it has made progresses in clinical trials. Cell sheet technology is a novel cell transferring method. This paper reviews the recent application and research progress of periodontal regeneration.
