摘要
本文分析了我国高校学生管理工作中存在的问题,并提出了健全大学生管理体制、重视辅导员队伍建设、发挥学生的主观能动性、树立以人为本的管理理念等对策。希望以此促进大学生管理工作的顺利进行。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management ot university students in China, and puts forward the improving college management system, pay attention to the counselor team construction, give full play to students＇ subjective initiative, establish a people-oriented management philosophy, and countermeasures. I hope so as to promote college students＇ management work smoothly.
