摘要
公安院校作为职业教育属性鲜明的高等院校,对于学生实际应用能力的培养具有较高的要求。针对道路交通秩序管理课程的特点,应该从一线执勤岗位能力需要出发,以CBE理论为基础,综合PBL等教学法,建立以岗位能力培养为核心的目标化教学模式。该模式通过对教学内容的目标化设计,对岗位能力的目标化分解,强调学生对现实问题解决能力的训练,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的职业技能,实现公安院校应用型警务人才的培养目标。
The police colleges as institutions of higher education have distinctive attributes of occupation and high standards on the cultivation of students' practical ability of the requirements. According to the characteristics of the road traffic order management course, the objective teaching mode should be established on the basis of CBE theory and comprehensive PBL teaching methods. By means of the targeted designing of teaching content and the targeted decomposition of position competencies, this mode emphasizes the training of students' real ability in solving problems, stimulates students' interest in learning and improves their professional skills to achieve the goal of cultivating the applied police talents in public security colleges.
