摘要
目前在我国已有贵广Ⅰ、贵广Ⅱ、德阳-宝鸡等8条高压直流输电(HVDC)工程中采用激光脉冲直接光控晶闸管的直接光触发晶闸管(LTT)换流阀。为确保换流阀的安全可靠运行,对换流阀中的每个晶闸管用晶闸管电压监测(TVM)进行在线监测。TVM实时用回报信号将监测的结果通过光缆送往阀底部电子设备(VBE)中。VBE中的单片机监测系统根据TVM发送的回报信号分析判定晶闸管故障,并产生相应报警、跳闸信号。针对TVM国产化研制中对其功能的研究及在贵广Ⅱ等工程现场调试运行中对其在阀保护中的作用进行简要分析。
The light triggered thyristor(LTF) valve, which are directly triggered by laser, are used in guiguang I and Ⅱ, deyang-baoji high voltage direct current transmission(HVDC) power transmission lines.To ensure safe and reliable op- eration,thyristor voltage monitors(TVM) are used to have on-line monitoring on each thyristor.By light eable,TVM sends real-time feedback signal to valve base electronics(VBE).Whose single-chip can judge the default of thyristor valves by reading such check-back signals from TVM and sent the alarm and trip signals.This paper analyzes the function of TVM in the self-study and the use in the valve protection during the on-site test in guiguang Ⅱ project.
