摘要
大豆作为我国种植量大、分布最广的经济作物之一,其含有丰富的蛋白质、异黄酮以及磷脂等营养物质。该文由大豆各种植栽培环节为切入点,讨论和分析了大豆在种植生产过程当中的主要技术和方法。
Soybean is one of the highest yield and most widely distributed crops.It is full of nutritious compositions,such as proteins,isoflavones and phospholipids.The quantity and quality of soybean production were significantly related with its cultivation technology.In this article,the main methods and technology of soybean planting were discussed and analyzed.
