摘要
运用《中国农业年鉴》和《中国农业统计资料》的数据测算2012年全国各地区作物秸秆资源化利用潜力,并基于秸秆资源密度,分析各地区之间秸秆资源化利用潜力的差异,进一步探讨了作物秸秆资源化利用市场发展潜力。研究表明,2012年我国作物秸秆资源总量为8.486×108 t,可收集利用的秸秆资源量达6.406×108 t,除用于还田、生活燃料、饲料等传统途径之外,可资源化利用潜力为1.515×108 t。我国各地区作物秸秆可资源化利用潜力差异较大,其中:长江中下游、东北、华北地区可作为生物质能源的作物秸秆资源量分别为4.451×107、3.626×107和3.511×107 t,具有较大的秸秆可资源化潜力;华南、黄土高原和青藏地区作物秸秆可资源化潜力较低。东北、长江中下游、华北地区秸秆可资源化潜力的资源密度相对集中,适宜建立较大规模的秸秆直燃发电站、秸秆气化等能源企业,可加强当地秸秆收储运体系建设,以形成较为成熟的作物秸秆资源化利用市场,从而不断提高作物秸秆资源化利用水平。
Using the data from China Agricultural Statistics and China Agriculture Yearbook,the potential of national and regional crop straw resource utilization in 2012 is estimated in this study.The differences of the crop straw utilization potential among regions based on the density of the crop straw are analyzed.Market development potential of crop straw resource utilization is also discussed.The results show that the total amount of crop straw resources in China on2012 is 8.486×108 t,of which 6.406×108 t crop straw resources can be collected and utilized.Except traditional consuming,such as returning to the farm land,burning as family fuel and feeding animals,1.515×108 t crop straw resources can be turned into biomass energy.The differences in crop straw resource utilization are existed among different region in China.The middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River,northeast China,and northern China,have larger crop straw resource potential that can be used as biomass energy,which are 4.451×107,3.626×107 and 3.511×107 t respectively.While the potential in southern China,Loess Plateau and Qinghai-Tibet region is lower.The potential resource density in the middle-lower reaches of the Yangtze River,northern China and northeast China is relativelyconcentrated.Therefore,it is suitable to build large-scale energy companies,such as the direct combustion,crop straw gasification,in these regions.Strategies on enhancing local crop straw collection and storage system to form a relatively mature market on crop straw resource utilization and continuously improving the level of crop straw resource utilization are suggested at the end of this paper.
