摘要
十八大后我国经济发展进入新常态,新形势下复杂多变的就业形势和就业途径的多样化必然导致大学生就业心理多样化,当代大学生承受着前所未有的就业压力。为了缓解大学生的就业压力,首先需要精准识别当代大学生就业心理存在的问题类型,然后再精准施策,从各个层面加强大学生就业心理引导和疏导,提升大学生的就业质量、创业成功率和生活幸福感。
China economic development come into the new normal after 18 th CPC National Congress, the diversification of the employment situation and the employment ways will inevitably lead to the diversification of College Students’ employment psychology under the new situation, contemporary college students are under unprecedented pressure of employment. In order to alleviate the employment pressure of university students, first of all,employment psychological question type of contemporary college student should be identified precisely, and then make accurate measures and policies, from all levels, college students employment psychological guidance and counseling should be reinforced to enhance students’ employment quality, entrepreneurial success rate and life happiness.
