摘要
以刚察县扎苏合10 MW光伏电站为例,给出固定可调式支架的结构形式,并根据光伏电站所在地的全年光照情况,将全年时间分成若干段,计算出固定时间段内发电量最大的电池板倾角。得到按季节调整的最优角度为10°、28°、52°、62°,并分析不同角度下太阳能支架结构的受力情况。结果表明,固定可调式支架在不同倾角情况下,中间立柱与横梁连接处需加强处理。建议青海省新建光伏电站中采用固定可调式支架,对太阳能电波板的倾角进行月调、季调或半年调。
Taking Zhasuhe 10 MW photovoltaic power station in Gangcha County,Qinghai Province as an example,the structure of the adjustable fixed bracket is provided,and the load condition of the solar brackets is analyzed under different dip angles. If adjusted quarterly,the optimum angels are 10°,28°,52°,62°,respectively. According to the simulation results,the middle support should to be enhanced. The adjustable fixed bracket is proposed in new photovoltaic power station in Qinghai Province,and the dip angle of the bracket can be changed monthly,quarterly or biannually.
