摘要
目的总结手术治疗小脑幕脑膜瘤的手术技巧和临床治疗经验。方法回顾性分析本院2002年3月至2012年3月显微手术治疗的82例小脑幕脑膜瘤患者的临床资料,讨论手术入路、方法及并发症。结果 82例患者行SimpsonⅠ级手术切除53例,SimpsonⅡ级手术切除18例,SimpsonⅢ级手术切除6例,SimpsonⅣ级手术切除2例,SimpsonⅤ级手术切除3例。并发症发生率约为18.29%。术后所有患者随访24个月,肿瘤复发4例、再发3例。结论小脑幕脑膜瘤显微手术治疗效果显著,可改善患者生活质量;选择合理的手术入路是肿瘤全切除的关键。
Objective To summarize the surgical technique and clinical experience of tentorium meningiomas.Method A retrospective study was done on 82 cases with tentorium meningiomas between in March 2002 and March 2012. The selection of surgical approaches, methods, and complications were reviewed.Result This group of tentorium meningiomas 82 cases, Simpson GradeⅠ resection was achieved in 53 patients, GradeⅡ in 18, GradeⅢ in 6, GradeⅣ in 2 and gradeⅤ in 3. The postoperative complication rate was 18.29%. The follow-up was available in 82 patients of 24 months, with a finding 4 relapsed, 3 recurrence tumors.Conclusion Microsurgical treatment for the patients with tentorium meningioma has better clinical efficacy and can greatly improve patients quality of life. At the same time, the selection of reasonable surgical approaches, are the key points to tumor total resection.
