摘要
核心素养是近来我国教育界的一个热词。该文希望在学理上对核心素养的关键问题作些探讨。主要观点是:核心素养不是一个种概念,而是一个类概念,其实质是从学生学习结果的角度界定未来社会所需要的人才形象;OECD为界定和选择"核心素养"创造了重要的专业经验,我们应该从中获得教益;核心素养要想成为课程与评价概念,必须在教育目的与学生学习结果之间确立层级化的目标:教育目的、学科目标与教学目标。否则,就会导致核心素养被"悬置"的可能。
Key competency has been a hot phrase in the current China education circle. This paper aims to explore some important issues of key competencies in terms of theories. The main arguments are: key competency is not a kind of concept but a generic concept,with its essence of defining personnel image that will be required in the future society from the perspective of students' learning;We can benefit from the crucial and professional experience created by OECD when defining and selecting "key competencies"; As a concept of curriculum and assessment,key competencies need to establish three levels of objectives between educational aims and students' learning outcomes,that is,educational aims,subject goals,and learning objectives. Otherwise,it may be suspended.
