摘要
目的:观察解毒化浊方治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将58例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例。对照组给予别嘌醇片治疗,治疗组给予解毒化浊方治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率为53.3%,对照组治愈率为42.8%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医证候积分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:解毒化浊方治疗痛风性关节炎疗效明显,不良反应少。
Objective ：To observe the clinieal effects of Toxin-Eliminating and Turbidity-Resolving Formula on gouty arthritis. Meth- ods ：Totally 58 patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases ） and control group （28 cases ）. Control group were given allopurinol tablets while treatment group were given Toxin-Eliminating and Turbidity-Resolving Formula for the treatment. Results ：The curative rate was 53.3% in tratment group and 42.8% in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treal- ment, the TCM symptoms scores in the treatment group were apparently better than those in control group （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Toxin-Eliminating and Turbidity-Resolving Formula has excellent therapeutic effects on gouty arthritis with few adverse reactions.
