摘要
[目的/意义]专利是构成专利池的基本要素,专利结构直接关系到专利池未来发展前景。为了遴选出与专利池更为契合的专利,有必要对现有专利池的内部专利结构进行详细的分析。[方法/过程]基于专利引用视角,以M PEG-2专利池为研究样本,运用社会网络分析方法从网络密度、网络中心性、凝聚子群三个方面解析M PEG-2专利池技术关系,分析池内技术的知识流向、权威专利、技术子群的交流和互动状况。[结果/结论]研究表明,专利池内技术关系较为稀疏,主要以二次开发的从属专利为基础形成小规模专利引用群。少数优势专利控制和主导专利池的形成。专利池专利子群派系重叠度高,以专利子群内部间技术交流为主,子群间技术交流较少。
[Purpose / Significance]Patents are the basic elements of the patent pool,and patent structure directly relates to the future prospects of the patent pool. In order to select patents better fitting the patent pool,it is necessary to make a detailed analysis of the internal structure of a patent pool.[Method / Process] From the perspective of patent citations,using the M PEG- 2 patent pool as the case for further study,the three aspects of social network analysis including network density,network centrality and cohesion subgroups are analyzed in an effort to analyze the M PEG- 2 patents citation structural features,and the technology flows,authoritative patents and available technology exchange and interaction for subgroups are analyzed in detail afterw ards.[Results / Conclusions] Studies have show n that,there is a loosely connected network among the patents in the patent pool,mainly involves the small- scale patent references formed on the basis of secondary development; the formation of patent pool can be controlled and led by a few of superior patents; the overlapping level of subgroups is fairly high; and there are more internal technical exchanges of subgroups other than between subgroups.
