摘要
研究延长优势项目高龄运动员的运动寿命,保障其在大型比赛中表现出较好的竞技状态与赛出较好的成绩,同时为备战2020年东京奥运会和2022年北京冬奥会的我国优势项目高龄运动员应如何训练提供理论参考。采用文献研究、专家访谈、训练实践和实验测试等方法对37岁的高龄运动员的训练进行探索。训练实践中发现,达到训练积极效果的训练方法、手段较多,但同一练习方法多次重复,强度不容易评定,其可以借鉴的研究文献又相对较少。通过个体化的尿蛋白、尿比重、尿pH值和血液等生理生化指标的系统比较分析发现训练负荷施加的规律,保障了高龄运动员在训练中不受运动性损伤的困扰,竞技状态稳步恢复与保持,并在第十三届全国运动会摔跤比赛中进入了半决赛。
To study the longevity of the sports life of the older athletes in the superiority project, to ensure that they show better competitive transition and better performance in large-scale competitions, and at the same time prepare for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. The project seniors athletes should provide theoretical references on how to train. The literature training, expert interviews, training practice and experimental tests were used to explore the training of 37-year-old senior athletes. In the training practice, it was found that there are more training methods and means to achieve positive training effects, but the same practice method is repeated many times. The intensity is not easy to assess, and the research literature that can be used for reference is relatively small. Through the systematic comparison and analysis of individualized urine protein, urine specific gravity, urine pH value and blood and other physiological and biochemical indicators, the law of training load is applied to ensure the elderly athletes. In the training, he was not plagued by sports injuries. The competitive state was steadily restored and maintained, and he entered the semi-finals in the thirteenth National Games wrestling competition.
